accommodations are based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted.

Baggage:
Portage of one bag per person included on all motorcoach tours. All
baggage and possessions are at the owner's risk throughout trip unless
otherwise insured.

Accommodations and Land Arrangements:
All accommodations are arranged as stated herein. We reserve the right
to substitute hotels, car models and sightseeing features listed
herein for accommodations/sightseeing in similar categories as
conditions may require. Hotels are categorized by the opinions of
Sceptre staff.

In the event that a tour is cancelled for any reason, we will try to
offer a substitute. If there is no acceptable substitute we are only
liable for the return of full payment.

Payment Policy:
All Web bookings are instant purchase and require full payment
upon booking.

Pre-reserved Reservations:
Pre-reserved requests should be made at time of booking. A $25 fee
per location applies to pre-booked B&B's and Farmhouses. There is no
fee for pre-booking hotel or golf reservations. We reserve the right
to substitute the closest available accommodation, golf course or
service, of the same price category, for all pre-booked reservations.

Travel Insurance:
Available for 6.5% of the total trip cost. Must be paid for at time
of booking. Please inquire for further details.

Collision Damage Waiver:
ADVISE IF THIS APPLICABLE offers CDW coverage on all car rentals.
CDW may be pre-purchased and is strongly suggested.

Refunds:
Sceptre Ireland reserves right to determine eligibility. All claims
for refunds must be submitted in writing within 60 days of end of
tour date.

Not included:
Departure, customs, immigration and security taxes,
pfc's, taxes on gas, insurance and other related items, passport
fees, visas where required, gratuities to your tour director, driver,
and hotel staff, laundry, telephone calls, any other items of
personal nature, meals not specified on itineraries, and items not on
the table d'hote menu, any future tax or currency exchange increases,
sightseeing in the quiet season, and any other items not specifically
mentioned.

All rates are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include
future government taxes or surcharges, or additional future service
charges. These rates are based on exchange rates, tariffs and tax
rates in effect as of January 2002 and may be subject to change
without notice. Each individual tour price includes charges for
research, itinerary preparation, and planning, currency transfer and
booking procedures. In each case, the quoted price represents a
complete package price and an itemization of individual component
prices will not be rendered under any circumstances. In order to
protect your price, we recommend that you pay in full, and on time.
Rates do not apply to Christmas season. Supplements may be required
for St. Patricks week or Easter week.
